DRAMatic Speedup: Accelerating HE Operations on a Processing-in-Memory System

We ported core homomorphic encryption primitives to UPMEM's PIM and squeezed huge memory-bound gains by reworking arithmetic into residue number and NTT-friendly pieces — DRAMatic shows PIM can actually narrow the gap with CPU HE libraries like SEAL, exposes multipliers and data-movement as the real bottlenecks, and points to concrete microarchitecture changes that would make encrypted computing practical on memory-first hardware.
