We demonstrate a practical path to run MAGIC NOR logic inside a 1T1M crossbar by designing a sneak-path-free, scalable array that switches between resistive memory for storage and IMC mode for logic, and we introduce a heuristic mapper that mines crossbar parallelism to cut steps and device count. Simulation of adders and ISCAS-85 shows the approach makes row- or column-wise MAGIC in 1T1M actually usable, yielding big reductions in evaluation steps and memristor usage versus prior 0T1M MAGIC families.
