We built full adders and ripple carry adders that run entirely inside a 1T1R memristor crossbar using majority logic, mapped a resource-constrained compiler to fit arbitrary Boolean functions into the array, and simulated a 45 nm VTEAM-based crossbar to show big wins in step count and device utilization. It’s practical IMC engineering rather than thought experiments—majority-first design plus complementary data in the crossbar cuts computation steps and crams more logic into memristors while avoiding sneak paths.
