We built a floating-point unit that auto-tunes operand precision and vectorization at runtime, turning unused datapath into adaptive SIMD to match application accuracy and crank up energy efficiency. It’s a reconfigurable FPU with an on-chip controller that picks IEEE, bfloat16, DLFloat or mixed modes on the fly so your workload gets just enough precision for far lower power and much higher GOPS/W.
